The tool chosen to pursue our Policy is a Quality Management System that complies with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015. This reflects our commitment to maintaining the highest standards in every aspect of our business.

OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY
Materials
Quality starts with the raw material. Our suppliers are selected through a rigorous qualification process and are all certified and reliable partners. This allows us to ensure that every material used meets the highest quality standards.
Equipment
Over 400 dies operated: 14 automated lines from 80 to 500 tons, 11 presses from 25 to 300 tons, 1 profiling line, 3 spot welding/welding lines, 1 shrink wrapping, 5 semi- automatic stations. All this is maintained with preventive maintenance programs.
Training
Training is a key aspect of producing high quality products and ensuring that the standards required by our customers are always met. This commitment to continuing training is a reflection of our dedication to quality and excellence.
Traceability
Every stage of our production process is monitored and tracked, from the reception of the raw material to the shipment of the product. This allows us to ensure that every product that comes out of our production meets high quality standards and fulfills our customers' expectations.
ISO 9001 VS IATF 16949 Certification
Vasconi holds ISO 9001 management system certification since 2010, attesting to our commitment to quality and reliability. Today we face a new challenge: to further improve our processes to achieve IATF 16949 certification by 2024. This milestone represents not only a commitment to operational excellence, but also a step forward on our journey of continuous improvement in line with our customers' expectations.
Excellence without compromise
Vasconi's main goal is to ensure the production of components with a high quality standard. To achieve this goal, we have adapted all our quality procedures, incorporating the processes required by ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. This includes the implementation of methods such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D reports. This commitment to quality allows us to ensure that every component produced meets the highest standards, meeting our customers' expectations and maintaining our reputation for excellence in the industry.
